STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

For the filling, halve the chicken breast fillet lengthways, then cut crossways into strips. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the stalk bases and seeds, and dice the flesh. Trim the spring onions and slice into rings. Tip the sweetcorn into a sieve and leave to drain.

  2. 02

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breast strips until browned. Add the sweetcorn and spring onions. Finally, add the diced tomatoes, season everything with salt and pepper, toss again and keep warm.

  3. 03

Wash the Chinese cabbage, drain well and cut the leaves into strips.

  4. 04

For the dip, mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.

  5. 05

Spread 1 tsp of dip over each wrap and top with the Chinese cabbage strips. Divide the chicken filling between the wraps. Fold up the bottom of each wrap, fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
