STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Marinate the steaks for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. To prepare the marinade, wash the lemon and wild garlic leaves under hot running water. Cut the wild garlic into strips and the lemon into thin slices. Mix with the remaining marinade ingredients.

  2. 02

If making the dip, prepare double the quantity of marinade. Add 1 slice of wholemeal bread, 3 tbsp cream cheese and the lemon juice to the half of the marinade intended for the dip. Blend until smooth.

  3. 03

Remove the meat from the marinade and cook on the preheated barbecue over a medium heat for 6 minutes on each side. Remove from the barbecue, season lightly with salt and leave to rest for 5 minutes.

  4. 04

2 minutes before serving the steaks, place the 4 pumpkin seed rolls, cut into slices, on the barbecue.

  5. 05

Wash the salad leaves and tear into bite-sized pieces. Finely dice the radishes. Mix the dressing ingredients together and adjust the seasoning. Just before serving, toss the salad leaves and radishes with the dressing and adjust the seasoning again.
