STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

For the bruschetta, cut the ciabatta into ten slices of roughly equal size and brush with 2 tbsp olive oil. Toast the ciabatta slices on both sides in a non-stick frying pan until crisp.

  2. 02

Rinse the chicken breast fillet under running water, then cut it into strips followed by small dice. Fry the diced chicken in a non-stick frying pan with a little rapeseed oil until crisp and browned all over.

  3. 03

Wash and core the tomatoes, then dice the flesh. Add the diced tomatoes to the pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and fry. Peel the onion, cut into thin strips and add to the pan to sauté. Strip the thyme leaves from the stalk and add them to the tomato and onion mixture.

  4. 04

Wash and roughly chop the parsley. Top the ciabatta with the chicken and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley.
