STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

On a work surface, quickly knead all the dough ingredients together by hand until smooth, then chill for 1 hour.

  2. 02

Preheat the oven to 180–200 °C (electric oven).

  3. 03

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 2–3 mm.

  4. 04

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  5. 05

Cut out the biscuits, remove the dough scraps and place the biscuits on the baking tray.

  6. 06

Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 8–10 minutes until golden.

  7. 07

Leave the biscuits to cool on a wire rack.

  8. 08

Mix the icing sugar with the cranberry juice until smooth and use to decorate the biscuits.

  9. 09

Sprinkle with the pistachios and dried cranberries, then leave the icing to dry.
