STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Mix the flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.

  2. 02

In a second bowl, thoroughly mix the eggs, granulated stevia sweetener, raw cane sugar, yoghurt, milk and oil.

  3. 03

Peel the bananas and cut into small cubes (yielding about 350 g). Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until you have a smooth batter. Stir in the bananas and finely chopped cranberries.

  4. 04

Divide the batter evenly between the muffin moulds. Place the moulds on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C conventional (160 °C fan) for 25–30 minutes. Test with a skewer to check they are baked through.

  5. 05

Remove the muffins from the oven, place on a wire rack and leave to cool.

  6. 06

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water and pour over the muffins.
