STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Roughly chop half of the milk chocolate couverture and melt over a hot water bath, stirring. Stir in 60 g peanut butter. Spread the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture evenly over the bases of the moulds and leave to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  2. 02

Bring the condensed milk and cream to the boil in a saucepan. Add the caramel sweets and stir until dissolved. Finally, stir in the peanuts. Leave the peanut caramel mixture to cool until lukewarm. Spread over the set chocolate layer and leave to set in the fridge for 45 minutes.

  3. 03

Spread the remaining peanut butter in a thin layer over the peanut caramel layer and chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.

  4. 04

As before, melt the remaining couverture with 60 g peanut butter over a hot water bath and spread evenly over the peanut caramel layer. Leave to set in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
