STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente, then drain well.

  2. 02

Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently sauté the onion. Add the mince and fry, stirring to break it into small pieces. Deglaze with the red wine, stir in the tomato purée and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Strip the thyme leaves from the sprig, finely chop and stir into the sauce. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. 03

Preheat the oven to 195 °C conventional (175 °C fan).

  4. 04

Mix the spaghetti with the sauce and spread in a buttered baking dish. Season the milk with salt, pour over the pasta and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Wash the cherry tomatoes and arrange on top along with 20 g butter in small pieces.

  5. 05

Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes.

  6. 06

Remove the bake from the oven and serve.
