STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Halve the cucumber, remove the seeds and use a vegetable peeler to cut it diagonally into ribbons. Slice the spring onion into rings and roughly chop the coriander.

  2. 02

Put the glass noodles in a sieve and pour boiling water over them in a saucepan. Leave to soak for 3–5 minutes. Rinse the lime under hot water, grate the zest and squeeze out the juice.

  3. 03

Put the lukewarm glass noodles in a mixing bowl with the sesame, soy sauce, fish sauce, zest and juice of one lime, cucumber and spring onion. Mix everything thoroughly.

  4. 04

Fry the prawns in a little rapeseed oil in a non-stick frying pan for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve alongside the salad.
