STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Cut the green runner beans into 3 cm lengths, removing the blossom ends.

  2. 02

Warm the olive oil in a frying pan – a drop of water should sizzle in it. Add the beans and fry gently for 5 minutes.

  3. 03

Meanwhile, cut the pepper into 2 x 2 cm pieces. Cut the spring onions and dried tomatoes into fine strips, and finely chop the garlic.

  4. 04

Add the chopped vegetables to the beans and fry together for a few minutes. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and cook in an uncovered saucepan for 5 to 10 minutes. Finely chop the parsley and basil. Season to taste with the vinegar, herbs, salt and pepper. Serve with the salad cheese.

  5. 05

Serve one freshly baked multigrain roll per person.
