STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

For the dressing, heat the vegetable stock in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat, add the vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, and stir until the sugar and salt crystals have dissolved. Stir in the vegetable oil and leave the dressing to cool.

  2. 02

Cut the dumplings into slices about 0.5 cm thick and arrange in a shallow dish. Cut the mountain cheese into thin sticks. Trim and wash the radishes and spring onions. Thinly slice the radishes and cut the spring onions into rings. Halve the sweet pepper and remove the stalk, seeds and white membranes. Cut the flesh into diamond-shaped pieces with sides of 1 cm. Thinly slice the Kaminwurzen.

  3. 03

Spread the cheese, radishes, spring onions, sweet pepper and Kaminwurzen over the dumpling slices. Pour over the dressing and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. 04

Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rings. Scatter over the dumpling salad and serve.
