STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Slit the outer leaf of each spring onion lengthways along the stem and peel it off. Generously trim away any damaged or dried leaf tips. Remove the roots, wash the spring onions thoroughly, drain well and finely dice.

  2. 02

Trim and wash the radishes, drain well and finely dice.

  3. 03

Mash the Camembert with a fork and mix with the cream cheese.

  4. 04

Stir in the spring onions, radishes and both types of radish sprouts. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  5. 05

Arrange the Obazda in a serving dish and serve.
