STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Cut the figs into thin slices and arrange them against the lower inside edge of the two preserving jars so that their cut surfaces are visible from the outside. Set the remaining figs aside for decoration.

  2. 02

Divide the oats between the two jars. Pour over the soya and rice drink, then layer half the blackberries on top. Mix half the yoghurt with 1 tsp chia seeds and spoon over the blackberries.

  3. 03

For the next layer, mash the other half of the blackberries with a fork and mix with the remaining yoghurt. Spread over the yoghurt and chia layer in the jars.

  4. 04

Sprinkle with chocolate pieces or cacao nibs and chia seeds. Decorate with the remaining figs and a few blackberries, then drizzle over the honey.

  5. 05

Seal both jars and refrigerate overnight. Pudding oats are an alternative that can be prepared in the morning.

  6. 06

Oats can also be used as the base for a quick breakfast porridge.
