STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Cut the onion into thin strips and gently sauté in a frying pan with a little rapeseed oil. Rinse the quinoa in a sieve under running water and add to the pan with a little curry powder.

  2. 02

Pour in the orange juice, bring to the boil and simmer over a low heat for approx. 10 minutes, until all the liquid has been absorbed.

  3. 03

    Peel and slice the carrots.

  4. 04

Add the rapeseed oil, carrot slices and 400 g red cabbage, toss to combine and fry for approx. 5 minutes, stirring. Roughly chop the walnuts and add them to the pan.

  5. 05

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
