STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Wash the salad leaves and herbs and spin dry. Pick the lemon balm and basil leaves from their stems. Wash and stone the nectarines, then cut into bite-sized wedges. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the burrata.

  2. 02

Toast the almonds in a non-stick frying pan without oil, stirring.

  3. 03

For the dressing, thaw the sour cherries and purée until smooth using a hand blender. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard with the cherry purée and honey. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 04

Mix the salad leaves and herbs and arrange with the nectarines and cherry tomatoes. Place the burrata on top and cut into the centre of each ball so that the cream flows out. Drizzle over the dressing and scatter over the toasted almonds.
