STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Slit the dates lengthways and remove the stones. Place one almond in each date. Beat the sheep's milk cheese and milk together with a hand mixer until smooth.

  2. 02

Transfer the cheese mixture to a piping bag fitted with a nozzle and pipe it into the dates alongside the almonds.

  3. 03

Wrap each date in one slice of Serrano ham and secure with a toothpick.

  4. 04

Place the dates on a baking tray with a little space between them and bake at 165 °C for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
