STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

First, cut the bacon into thin strips. Mix the milk and flour thoroughly, then add the eggs. Add the sugar and one tbsp of oil and whisk vigorously again until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

  2. 02

Wash the rocket. Clean the raspberries and cut them into small dice. Mix the raspberries and rocket in a bowl and set aside.

  3. 03

For the dressing, emulsify the oil, mustard and balsamic vinegar with a stick blender. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

  4. 04

Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add the bacon and turn off the heat. Then remove the bacon from the pan.

  5. 05

Wipe out the pan with kitchen paper and heat it again for the pancakes. Soak a little kitchen paper with oil and use it to grease the hot pan.

  6. 06

Spread the batter evenly in the pan to form a round pancake. Scatter the rendered bacon over the batter. Once the underside is golden, flip the pancake.

  7. 07

Finally, pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Arrange the salad on a plate with the pancakes and serve.
