STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Rinse the bulgur in a sieve under running water. Place in a saucepan with the orange juice, bring to the boil over a medium heat and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Cover and leave the bulgur to absorb the liquid over a low heat.

  2. 02

Finely dice the onion. Peel the carrots and pumpkin, then cut into thin slices or small cubes, or coarsely grate.

  3. 03

Heat the vegetables with a little rapeseed oil in a non-stick frying pan. Once the onion is translucent, add the cinnamon and raisins and sauté briefly. Add the bulgur and toast over a medium heat for 3–5 minutes.

  4. 04

Meanwhile, peel the prawns and devein them using a small knife. Heat a little rapeseed oil in another frying pan and fry the prawns for 2 minutes on each side.

  5. 05

Wash, quarter and core the apples, then cut into wedges. Wash and dry the parsley and add it to the prawns in the pan along with the apples. Toss everything briefly and arrange on top of the bulgur.
