STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Braise the sauerkraut with the white wine and apple juice over a low heat for approx. 20 minutes. Cut the onions into rings approx. 0.5 cm thick and coat in flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion rings until crisp. Drain on kitchen paper and season with sea salt. Mix the mayonnaise with the paprika.

  2. 02

Season the minced beef generously with salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties without pressing them together too firmly. Grill over direct heat for 3 minutes on each side. Then move the patties to the edge of the grill and top with the sauerkraut and crispy onions. Halve the pretzel rolls and warm them on the grill.

  3. 03

Spread the bottom halves of the rolls with paprika mayonnaise and top each with Alpine cheese and a patty. Finish with the top halves of the rolls. Enjoy!
