STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Wash the berries. Finely chop the pecans and mix with the berries. Finely dice the plums and stir them in with the honey. Divide the berry and nut mixture between the Camemberts and sprinkle with rosemary. Cut 4 pieces of baking parchment, brush both sides with oil and wrap the Camemberts in them. Tie the parcels with kitchen string and barbecue over indirect heat for a few minutes.

  2. 02

Cut the baguette into slices. Finely chop the herbs. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and barbecue on each side over direct heat until grill marks appear. Add the chopped herbs for the final minute.

  3. 03

Serve the Camembert and baguette slices together, dipping the slices into the melted cheese. Drizzle a little more honey over the cheese if desired.
