STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Preheat the oven to 180 °C conventional (160 °C fan).

  2. 02

Cook the fusilli according to the packet instructions.

  3. 03

Finely dice the onions and garlic and fry briefly in 1 tbsp oil.

  4. 04

Cut the pork loin steak into thin strips. Add to the onions and fry for 2 minutes.

  5. 05

Deglaze with the wine and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove everything from the pan, season with salt and set aside, covered.

  6. 06

Add the remaining oil to the pan. Cut the pepper into strips and fry with the thyme for 5 minutes.

  7. 07

Dice the mozzarella and shave the Parmesan.

  8. 08

Add the passata and drained beans, heat through and adjust the seasoning.

  9. 09

Put 1 layer of vegetables with sauce in a baking dish, followed by half the pasta and the meat. Scatter half the mozzarella over the top.

  10. 10

Repeat the layers in reverse order, finishing with vegetables and tomato sauce. Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan and remaining mozzarella, then bake on the middle shelf for 25–30 minutes.
