STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Mix the yeast with 150 ml of lukewarm water (for 4 servings) and the sugar. Add the flour, olive oil and salt, mix, then knead briefly by hand. Continue kneading in the bowl or on a floured board until the dough is elastic. Cover and leave to rise for about 30 minutes.

  2. 02

Meanwhile, mix the passata, marjoram, oregano, salt, sugar and olive oil. Cut the Serrano ham into strips.

  3. 03

Place the dough on a floured board and roll it out into a rectangle, or flatten it with your fingertips, until it is roughly the size of a baking tray.

  4. 04

Spread the tomato sauce, three quarters of the cheese and the ham over the dough. Roll the dough and toppings inwards into a log. Place the roll in the camping oven tin and bake over a low to medium heat for about 30–40 minutes. 10–15 minutes before the end of the baking time, sprinkle the remaining quarter of the cheese over the pizza and continue baking.

  5. 05

Allow the pizza to cool slightly, cut into pieces and serve warm.
