STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Combine the ground almonds, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl.

  2. 02

Process the dates to a paste in a food processor. Combine with the almond and cocoa mixture to form a smooth brownie mixture.

  3. 03

Roughly chop the walnuts and work them into the mixture.

  4. 04

Lightly grease a baking tin (20 cm × 20 cm) with coconut oil. Add the brownie mixture and press down firmly. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  5. 05

Meanwhile, stir the honey, cocoa powder and coconut oil together until smooth. Spread over the brownies and freeze for another 10 minutes. Cut into pieces and decorate with raspberries and pistachios.
