STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Preheat the oven to 200 °C fan.

  2. 02

Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water for 20 min until tender. Drain and cut into small cubes.

  3. 03

Peel and dice the onion. Trim the pointed cabbage, remove the core and cut the leaves into strips. Slice the chorizo.

  4. 04

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chorizo. Add the diced onion and pointed cabbage and fry together for about 5 min. Sprinkle the mixture with flour and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Stir in the cream and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 min.

  5. 05

Put the cubed potatoes in an ovenproof dish and spread the cabbage mixture over them. Grate the Emmental over the top. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C fan for about 30 min, until the cheese is golden brown.
