STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Wash the leek, trim the ends and slice into thin rings. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the lemon, pat dry and finely grate half of the zest. Squeeze out the juice. Thaw the peas. Wash the red pepper, remove the stalk and core, and dice the flesh. Dice the ham. Wash the parsley, shake dry and finely chop.

  2. 02

Preheat the oven to 200 °C conventional (180 °C fan).

  3. 03

Cook the tortellini according to the packet instructions until al dente. Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the leek and garlic over a medium heat. Add the diced ham and fry briefly. Finally, add the peas, red pepper and lemon juice and fry briefly as well. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and reduce the heat. Mix the passata, cream, lemon zest and parsley, stir into the pan and simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 04

Put the tortellini in a baking dish. Pour over the vegetable sauce and gently mix with a wooden spoon. Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and bake on the middle shelf for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool briefly.
