STEP BY STEP

Let's make something delicious.

  1. 01

Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan).

  2. 02

Wash the baby spinach and shake dry. Wash the pointed peppers and cut them into rings. Fry the bacon in an ovenproof frying pan with 2 tbsp oil. Add the pepper rings and fry together for about 4 minutes.

  3. 03

Break the sheep’s cheese into pieces. Blend half of it with the eggs and 100 ml water until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add 80 g of the prepared spinach to the pan and let it wilt. Pour over the egg mixture, stir once, then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until set.

  4. 04

Mix the remaining spinach with the remaining sheep’s cheese, 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper. Remove the tortilla from the oven and serve with the spinach salad.
